To rent books, you need an active Membership Plan. This is a non-refundable one-time fee that allows you to rent unlimited books throughout the year—you only pay a refundable security deposit for each order.
For every rental, you pay a deposit equivalent to the MRP of the book. This protects our collection. It is 100% refundable and is credited back to your wallet instantly upon return.
The security deposit is refunded to your App Wallet. This balance is non-withdrawable but can be reused for all future book rentals or purchases on the platform.
Go to "My Orders" in your profile and click Return Request. We will schedule a doorstep pickup. Once the quality check is done, your wallet is credited instantly.
