To rent books, you need to purchase our Annual Membership Plan. This is a one-time yearly fee that makes you an exclusive member, allowing you to rent unlimited books (one at a time) throughout the year without paying rental fees—you only pay a refundable deposit.

For every order, you pay a security deposit equivalent to the MRP of the book. This ensures the safety of our collection. Don't worry—this amount is fully refundable. Once you return the book, the money is credited back to your wallet.

No. The security deposit is refunded directly to your **App Wallet** upon return. This balance can be used for **any future rentals or book purchases** on our platform.

Please Note: Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

Returning is simple. Log in to your profile, go to "My Orders," and click the Return Request button. This will automatically schedule a courier pickup from your address. Once we receive the book, your refund is processed instantly to your wallet.

We partner with premium courier services. Typically, books are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can track the status (Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery) directly from your dashboard.
