1. Membership Plans

RentMyComic offers two primary membership tiers. The fee paid by members is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Ordering & Limits

Members can rent an unlimited number of comics throughout their subscription period, subject to the following limits:

• Order Limit: A maximum of 10 comics can be rented in a single order.
• Cycle: New orders can typically be placed after the previous cycle is returned (subject to Active/Passive account status).

3. Delivery & Pickup

For any subsequent orders within the same month, members shall be charged an additional ₹ 200/- as delivery and pickup charges.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to the MRP of the selected comics must be paid. This amount is over and above the membership fee.

• The deposit is refunded to your Wallet once comics are received in original condition.
• Wallet balance can be utilized for future rentals.

5. Duration & Penalties

The maximum duration for keeping comics is 30 days.

Warning: If comics are not returned within 60 days, they shall be considered "Sold". The full MRP will be adjusted from the security deposit.

6. Damage & Quality Checks

Comics must be returned in the condition they were dispatched. Any damage will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Common damage types include:

In case of any disagreements, the pre-dispatch inspection by RentMyComic is final. All legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Gandhinagar Court.
